Potomac and Rappahannock Soccer League Philosophy

Potomac and Rappahannock Soccer League (PRSL) is an extension of recreational soccer that will allow players to develop their skill set above the basic recreational level of play and compete in Fredericksburg and surrounding counties. PRSL is a developmental program for players who desire to play at a more competitive level and is NOT considered a "Travel Program." PRSL players may not concurrently play on any travel teams (or other select teams where players are issued "travel" cards).  PRSL teams will play opposing teams in Fredericksburg, King George County, Lake of the Woods (Orange County), and Spotsylvania County, against PRSL teams from those areas.

Our goal is to advance the level of play while keeping travel to a minimum. Clubs may be added or removed from PRSL at the discretion of the participating clubs as defined herein.  All teams playing in the PRSL must agree and abide by these bylaws.

The P.R.S.L League is open to a soccer Club or Group that has a team or teams that agree to the league bylaws.
